Mixed Experience, Some Positives, but Significant Issues

rude staff small room

The location is quite convenient, as it is near a metro station.

The staff was not consistently helpful. Some staff members didn't speak English and were rude. This made communication difficult and frustrating. the room felt too small. The toilet was installed very close to the sink.
